TRKA is an independent digital startup and creative project based in Spain.
TRKA operates through trkauniverse.com and provides digital educational, creative, entertainment, and community content, including short online courses, digital comics, downloadable content, and access to a free online community.
TRKA is not an accredited educational institution.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

If TRKA provides a certificate of completion, that certificate confirms completion of the relevant TRKA course only.
A TRKA certificate should not be represented as a university degree, accredited academic qualification, professional licence, or externally recognized certification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Courses may cover subjects including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, history, psychology, science, technology, business, and other topics.
TRKA course content is provided for general educational purposes. It does not constitute individualized legal, medical, psychological, financial, investment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
Users remain responsible for how they use information obtained through TRKA.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain TRKA products may require an account through Podia or another platform used to provide our services.
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Maintaining control of your account
• Informing us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchased access is intended for the individual purchaser.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, publicly distribute, or share access to paid TRKA accounts or products with unauthorized users.
TRKA may restrict or suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized redistribution, account abuse, or a serious violation of these Terms.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time.
The applicable currency and final amount will be displayed during checkout.
Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected where required.
Payments are processed through Stripe using the checkout and payment infrastructure available through Podia.
TRKA does not directly store complete payment-card details.
Sensitive payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own security, payment, and privacy procedures.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.
7. DIGITAL DELIVERY
TRKA primarily provides digital products.
Online courses are generally made available electronically through your account following successful payment.
Digital comics may be supplied through downloadable PDF files or another digital format.
Wallpapers, artwork, and similar content may be supplied in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, or other commonly used digital file formats.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection where required, browser, and software necessary to access the relevant digital content.
Any significant compatibility or access requirements specific to a product may be stated on its product page.
8. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND WITHDRAWAL
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Spanish, European Union, or other applicable consumer law.
Consumers purchasing products or services online may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain contracts within the legally applicable period.
Different rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium.
Where permitted by law, the statutory right of withdrawal for immediately supplied digital content may be lost after supply begins only where the legally required conditions have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement by the consumer, and confirmation.
If those legal requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms attempts to waive a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9. VOLUNTARY REFUND OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEES
TRKA may voluntarily offer additional refund rights or satisfaction guarantees for particular products.
If a product page specifically displays a 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee or another refund guarantee, the conditions displayed with that offer will apply.
Requests relating to an advertised TRKA guarantee may be submitted to:
TRKA may request information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the purchase.
Any voluntary TRKA refund or satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to mandatory consumer rights and does not replace, restrict, or eliminate those rights.
10. DIGITAL COMICS AND CREATIVE CONTENT
TRKA may publish or distribute digital comics, stories, artwork, wallpapers, characters, fictional settings, and related creative material.
Purchasing a digital comic or creative product gives you a limited right to access and use the purchased copy for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchasing content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless TRKA gives prior written permission, you may not:
• Upload purchased comics to file-sharing websites
• Redistribute paid PDFs or files
• Resell digital comics
• Reproduce substantial portions of paid content
• Commercially exploit TRKA characters, artwork, stories, fictional settings, or other protected material
• Claim TRKA creative material as your own
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, TRKA or the applicable rights holder owns or controls the intellectual property rights in original TRKA materials.

Accessing or purchasing TRKA content does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use content you have lawfully obtained for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
Unless TRKA gives prior written permission, you may not:
• Reproduce or redistribute paid TRKA content
• Resell TRKA content
• Publicly distribute course videos or materials
• Upload paid files for unauthorized public access

• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Share paid account credentials with unauthorized users
• Claim TRKA content as your own
• Copy substantial portions of TRKA content to create a competing product or service
Normal linking to publicly accessible TRKA pages and ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines and public-web discovery services are not prohibited.
12. FREE COMMUNITY
TRKA may provide access or links to a free online community, including communities hosted through third-party platforms such as Discord.
Third-party community platforms operate under their own terms, rules, and privacy policies.
Participation in a TRKA community must remain lawful and respectful.
TRKA may restrict or remove access to TRKA-operated community spaces where reasonably necessary because of conduct including:

• Threats
• Spam
• Fraud
• Impersonation
• Illegal activity
• Distribution of malware or malicious links
• Serious disruption of the community
• Intellectual property infringement
• Attempts to harm other users or TRKA
Free community access may be changed, reorganized, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.
